good overall experience. fairly clean hotel with great and favourable location in calangute close to beach as well as north goa. spotlessly clean room and comfortable beds. fantastic services, amazing bathroom. attentive, friendly people working here. the pool area is nice too. everything awesome.

Location: the hotel was really close to the beach, and North Goa. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like Chef Soumyen's Kitchen that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

The room size was good and it had a comfortable bed. The hotel was located in a convenient location, close to some good restaurants and shops. The air conditioning was efficient and worked well.
The cleanliness was subpar, there were dead insects and mosquitoes in the room. There was no toilet paper provided, which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel had great staff who were helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to many attractions in this city. the cleanliness of the hotel room and restaurant was really good. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

We had a great stay at Rivasa Emerald. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the beach. The staff was friendly and cute, we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, offering all the necessary amenities. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The shower in the bathroom was amazing, providing a refreshing experience. we had a pleasant stay at Rivasa Emerald and would recommend it to others.

The hotel had a good location and was close to a lot of great places to visit. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out and provide suggestions for places to go. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a good air conditioning system that kept the place cool.
the TV only had a few channels and not all of them were even basic ones.
